News - Nanospectroscopy - Deckert Group

28.09.2020,
A straight forward laser readout approach helps to improve the sensitivity of lateral flow assays. A first application on SARS-CoV-2 antibody detection demonstrates its quantitative detection potential. Last not least an inspiring international experience lead by IQSE at Texas A&M: See our new article in Appl. Phys. Lett..

06.04.2020,
Volker Deckert receives international Lippincott Award.

06.04.2020,
The combination of tip-enhanced Raman scattering (TERS) and force-distance curves allows to correlate material property and structure of polymer nano particles. See our latest publication in Small iabout this collaborative effort between us and the Schacher group.

12.03.2020,
Our latest research on quantitative near-field plasmon evaluation in Light: Science and Application is online, showing how simultaneous detection of Stokes/Anti_Stokes signals in TERS allows the in situ assessment of plasmon and temperature parameters.

12.03.2020,
The chemical effect goes resonant – a full quantum mechanical approach on TERS. Great effort by our colleagues in Theoretical Chemistry towards full understanding of high resolution TERS data - and a nice collaboration in the frame work of the CRC/SFB 1375 NOA

07.02.2020, Plasmon induced deprotonation - a nice correlation to our previous results has been accepted by the Analyst: The advanced article is available now Singh et al. Analyst, 2020, Advance Article

03.02.2020, Our collaborative work with the Yoshitake group, on nano diamond composite films is out
and featured in Scilight. See the full manuscript at Appl. Phys. Lett. 116, 041601 (2020).
